hey hey, i'm a gal living in Uptown in a one-bedroom apartment by myself. i have a futon and small couch and floorspace, could prolly fit 3-4 people here as i have done before...i used to travel so i've had lotsa buddies come stay with me now that i can return the favor of giving people a place to stay. the only thing about that weekend is, i'm definitely going to see two SWEET punk rock shows friday and saturday night. The Bananas are coming, and they RULE, they're playing with 'off with their heads' both nights and 'the arrivals' one night and 'cortez the killer' the other night. so i guess the only conflict is that i live in a secured building, so if you werent interested in coming to these shows it may be hard to coordinate the timing, if you get what i'm saying... if you love punk rock (or if you just wanna go to a show!) then you should come too and it all works out!! yess!!! oh i guess the other details are... i dont smoke inside and you cant either (but you can step outside of course!), i have no pets, i do drink and i do eat meat and so can you (i'll prolly even cook for you! i make the best enchiladas EVER...vegetarian style actually...) if people confirm that they wanna stay with me i could prolly even try to score some bikes for you... i am going to try to do that for the RNC anyway but i'll try to make sure i have some by that weekend (key word being TRY!). things that are NOT okay are these: not picking up after yourself, using the last of something (i.e. toilet paper, peanut butter, whatever) and not restocking it (i hate that!), disrespecting my silly little rented property, STEALING.... you know. basics. but i'd love to offer a place to stay so if you're pickin up what i'm layin down you should like totally hang out here! yikes.
