To use the forum you will have to enter an email address that you have the ability to check in order to complete the registration process. The email address that you submit when creating an account will also be the one that gets email notifications when you get a "private message" through this site. If you are concerned about being identified by your email address you should use an email that is different than your usual one.

A "Private Message" or PM is a way to communicate with another person who has registered as a user of this site without either party knowing eachother's email address. This can be cumbersome (you get an email telling you to log into the site each time that you get a private message) but may be useful for your situation.

Please note that this site is hosted by a third party and not 100% secure. As with anything on the intertubes, you should use your best judgment about what personal information you post here. Only post the information that others would need to know in order to get your housing or ride situation straightened out.
